Damaged and faulty Items
Because we deal with second-hand goods, not everything is going to be perfect. We endeavour to do our best to ship to you only genuine LEGO products with as little damage as possible. Broken bricks are a no-no! If you find one, contact us as soon as possible, with images, and we will do our best to send you some replacement parts.
We do our best to make sure the bricks are in good condition. However, some may be colour-faded due to wear and time. We try to let you know prior to purchase what the case may be.
If you are unsatisfied with your order please let us know as soon as it is received.
Exchange policy
We make every effort to make sure our product descriptions are as detailed as possible. Because we are dealing in second-hand goods, we are unable to offer refunds on items that are not significantly damaged. However, we can talk about an exchange if you are unhappy.
